Project Overview
Lil’Moon has built its reputation in Paris as a trusted wholesale and retail supplier of fashion accessories since 2007. With a product catalog that includes stylish chapeaux, foulards, sacs à main and seasonal layering pieces, the brand required a website redesign to showcase its collection effectively, appeal to both trade and retail customers, and provide a seamless browsing experience. The Solution
We reorganised product categories into distinct groups such as Sacs, Chapeaux, Écharpes & Foulards and Nouveautés. High-impact imagery and consistent styling were introduced to reflect the brand’s Parisian chic aesthetic. Navigation was reworked so visitors can filter by product type, season or trend. The build focused on speed, mobile usability and easy update workflows so Lil’Moon’s team can manage collections with minimal effort.

The Challenge
The existing website displayed many products but lacked strong structure and visual hierarchy, making it hard for visitors to explore categories and understand the full depth of the collection. Information about new arrivals, product lines, and seasonal trends was not clearly featured. The site performance and mobile usability also needed improvement to match the brand’s reputation in Paris.
Key issues:
- Product categories overwhelmed visitors.
- Seasonal items lacked prioritisation.
- Visual style inconsistent across products.
- Mobile browsing was slow and clunky.
- Wholesale and retail audiences mixed without distinction.

Our Solution
We approached Lil Moon’s website redesign with a strategy-first mindset:
