Project Overview

ESBAAR has built a reputation since 2017 for using drones, artificial intelligence and IIoT to offer inspection, survey and mapping services. They needed a website redesign to more clearly present their service portfolio to potential clients in Oil & Gas, Utilities and Infrastructure, to communicate levels of certification, and to improve ease of use.

The Challenge

Their previous site presented many technical offerings but lacked clarity in how those offerings applied to different industries. Visitors were unsure which services were relevant to their needs. Brand story and trust signals were not highlighted and the navigation was complex. It was hard for prospective customers to find critical information like certifications, case studies or IoT solutions.

We structured the site into clearer service categories such as drone inspections, flare & tank inspections, mapping & surveying and IIoT asset monitoring. We emphasized certifications from both the UK and Omani Civil Aviation Authorities. Content was simplified without losing technical credibility. Visuals were updated to include real images of drones in action, sensor installations and data dashboards. We improved navigation so that industries served and customer use cases appear up front. Mobile responsiveness, loading speed and clear contact paths were improved.

Key issues:

  • Services were bundled and difficult to separate.
