Warrior Babe is a leading online coaching brand focused on helping women of all ages transform their bodies and build sustainable habits. Their programs emphasise personalised fitness, macronutrient-based nutrition and a strong community of support. The goal of the redevelopment was to elevate their digital presence so that prospective clients instantly understand the value, feel confident in the approach, and convert into members.

The Challenge

The existing site had compelling messaging but lacked clarity in how the programs operate, how the brand supports different life stages and how success is measured. Visitors could feel inspired, yet struggled to find a clear path from discovery to signup. Visual elements and user flows needed alignment with a high-trust, premium brand experience.

The Solution

We created a streamlined structure with dedicated pages for each core program, defined eligibility and outcomes, and highlighted real member transformations. The design system was refreshed with vibrant yet professional styling, reinforcing empowerment and credibility. Navigation was simplified so users can move from interest to application with minimal friction. Mobile performance and conversion tracking were also improved.
